Time to end this dry spell. A lot has happened in the past 2 and a quarter years since I last brewed (an all-grain batch). Life has more or less stabilized. Oh, and I have run out of excuses to postpone the inevitable: It's time to brew!
The time (as of this writing) is almost 8 o'clock. The brew supply store does not open until 10. That leaves about an hour and a half to figure out what to brew. So many choices. It's probably going to be a simple one as it will take time to re-learn the system.
